Savanah turned 4 weeks old on my first Mother's Day! Time has gone by so fast, we can't believe that Savanah has been with us for 1 month! This past month with Savanah has been amazing! She is such a good baby! She eats like a little piglet, sleeps like a teenager and has recently started to show us bits and pieces of her smile! I have always been appreciative of my Mom but it wasn't until this Mother's Day that I was able to recognize the joys of motherhood for myself AND the hardwork, dedication and patience it takes!
Savanah, Scotty and I went over to my Parents to have lunch with my Mom, Dad and my God-Mother Joy.

Joy has been such a positive presence in my life, and has supported me in anything and everything that I have done! She is truely apart of MY family. My Mom couldnt have picked a better God-Mother for me! Picking a God-Mother for Savanah was a no- brainer! We knew we would ask Shannon, we just weren't sure how to ask her! So here is what we came up with....for my baby shower down in Chebanse we had white onsies, fabric markers and stencils and we asked guests to decorate a onsie for Savanah to wear! I had left over materials so we decided to make a onsie for Savanah to wear asking Shannon to be her God-Mother! Needless to say Shannon was pleasantly surprised!
